Temporary Issue with V.BTTN Events
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Please ensure your GetHomeSafe App is updated.
We have applied a patch as follows: - V.BTTN events have been hidden on the timeline by default - A filter has been added to the task timeline so you can display these events if you wish to see them
We are still working on a patch for the mobile app to rectify the events being sent to the server and support log, we will keep you posted on progress with this.
Some of our users are currently experiencing issues with V.BTTN events on task timelines. We're sorry about that. We're working on resolving this as soon as possible. Please standby for further updates, and we'll be in touch as soon as we know more.
