Issue with Offline Manual Actions Deep Links on iOS

We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting the new Offline manual actions deep-linking feature for iOS has been resolved.

The ZOLEO team has released an update (version 6.8.3) that restores the functionality of these deep-links. To resolve the issue, please update your ZOLEO app to the latest version.

Once updated, you will be able to perform mid-activity actions like Check-in, Panic, Extend, and Finish directly through the deep-links as intended.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked with the ZOLEO team on a fix.

Update: Zoleo have confirmed a fix will be released on the 28th August. We will continue to provide updates on this issue as we recieve them.

We've identified an issue with the new offline manual actions feature, which uses ZOLEO deep-links in our latest app version, 4.25.0. We've received reports that the deep-links for these actions aren't working correctly on iOS. This means that if you're trying to use the Check-in, Panic, Extend, or Finish actions via the GetHomeSafe app, the action won't automatically send.

What We're Doing About It The ZOLEO team has pinpointed the issue within their app and is actively investigating the cause. They're working to get a fix out as quickly as possible. We'll be sure to provide an update as soon as we have one.

In the Meantime While our teams work on a solution, you can still perform all mid-activity actions manually within the ZOLEO app. Just open the ZOLEO app, connect to your ZOLEO device, and navigate to the reply@gethomesafe.com chat. From there, you can send your desired action using one of the following command messages: #ok, #help, #extend, or #finish.
