We've found the issue and we are working to resolve it. We will post another update shortly.
We are currently investigating an issue where locations are not updating on the dashboard map. The issue is restricted to the dashboard map only. Activity and alert specific tracking maps and notifications are working as normal. We will post another update shortly.
